  This was my first appointment at this location. I met with Dr. Khatchatrian. She was easy to talk to and took my history for her records. Her questions were to the point. I give HER FIVE STARS. I give THE STAFF ZERO STARS, hence the three stars overall. When I opened the office door, no lights were on. I said, "Hello," but got no answer. I could see the staff behind the glass engaged in conversation. I stepped inside, walked a few steps, and the lights turned on. Still no sign from the staff that I was here, certainly no word of welcome. I walked up to the glass and waited. I waited a couple of minutes before a staff member turned from her conversation and slid aside the glass partition. Still no word. I gave my name and appointment time, and she checked me in. After my appointment with the doctor, I wanted to ask for the restroom key before leaving. Again I waited minutes before the staff observed that I might want something. The partition opened, and I asked for the key. It was handed to me without comment. My insurance is changing on January 1st, do I don't have to return to this office!
