  I have never felt a pain, as the pain that brought me to Dr. Naylor. I had not slept in 3 nights, and was on the verge of a total breakdown. Upon entering his office, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere, that just soothes the soul. It has a grand ambiance that supports a meditative tranquility, and eases pain. I was further greeted quite warmly by Stacy, who I had talked to a day prior to, who was able to sort out my insurance issues without batting an eye, where as my dentist is still carrying the wrong info. Her pleasantries were only trumped my her true kindness, by offering me frigid bottled water (thought they have room temp too), which for 3 nights was my only source of comfort. I would not have made it thru this appointment without her. She is an amazing asset to an amazing staff. I next met Nicole, who explained what would take place, and tried to put me at ease. She was also kind spirited, and incredibly skillful and knowledgeable. My dentist's people look like Mickey Mouse when compared directly. When I finally met Dr. Naylor, he greeted me warmly, talked to me, and really took into account my level of pain, and allowed my constant swishing of cold water while we talked. It must have appeared quite rude on my end, but he was most forgiving. He looked over the xrays Nicole took, and set me on a plan for 3 root canals. 2 of them to be done that day, and another in a week's time. He walked me thru every step, which put my mind at ease, and seemingly ended my anxiety. Most importantly, he took my pain. Like a brave knight, he was able to circumnavigate the broken mess that is my mouth, and slay the dragon that had almost destroyed me. I am forever grateful, as I never want to feel this pain ever again. I am writing this weeks later, and still, no pain. Everything I felt was exactly what he told me I would feel, and now, I am back to my old self again. If you are in the need for an endodontist, you should look no further, and call this team. It's like I told Dr. Naylor on my last visit, he's the only Doctor I actually look forward to going to. I think that speaks volumes of the man.
