- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Lotzof is patient and efficient, explaining all procedures well. He leaves no stone unturned in a complete asssessmemt of one's orthodontic needs. He has built a nice rapport with my two kids; both are happy to visit his office and have whatever work needs doing. My kids have their favorite assistant too: Ping has a steady hand, is intuitive and always friendly! The pleasant administrative staff are always willing to accommodate changes in schedule and timely reminders are sent out so that one never misses an appointment.
