- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible experience all-around. Check out their yelp reviews for Phoenix (it seems like they've changed the location to hide the terrible reviews) It sounds like they are running a scam by deliberately coding services incorrectly to make a profit. I went in to get medication for a sinus infection. The nurse insisted on doing a blood test to check for any vitamin deficiencies. I told her I didn't think it was necessary but was pushed into it. Since then I have been billed upwards of $350 for this pleasant experience. My insurance generally covers most anything in a simple doctor visit, so it seems as though the staff at Dr. Rhodes try to work you over to get as much profit as possible. I thought it was my imagination until seeing the other yelp reviews. The receptionist is very rude and dismissive as well, which does not help. I would recommend going elsewhere whole-heartedly. It also seems as though the scheduling system as flawed, as I've been there with zero other patients present and still had to wait an hour to be seen. Avoid this place.August 08, 2017by Jessica P
