- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Valerie Cardeiro had a place on Catalina before this. We were so upset by the treatment we received, we filed a complaint against her. We had her spay our six month old dachshund and she nearly died. We had to take her to and urgent animal care clinic where she recovered. We didn't get angry that time because there are risks to putting animals under anesthesia. Then, we took in another dog for an ear infection, a hound with long ears. We treated as the bottle said and took him in after that and his infection was worse because we were treating the wrong ear. They mislabeled the bottle for the wrong ear. No apology, nothing, in fact she blamed us. We had to pay for washing his ear out and new medicine, she gave us no break at all for the mistake her clinic made. We filed an action against her but nothing came of it. AVOID this vet.July 24, 2017by Geoff Page
