  I have been in the San Diego housing market for about ten years and during this time requested service from several different lenders. After trying the rest I met Ben and his team at SIC. Ben's available programs, service, attention to detail and up-to-date knowledge of the housing and lending environment have been outstanding! Because of this I have moved all my business to SIC where I have used them for several re-fi's, new purchases and general advice. I have also recommended SIC to my friends and colleagues who are also very satisfied. Great folks, competitive product and outstanding service!
