  This Dr. May be great but his office is completely incompetent!!! Before my husband could have further treatment for his deviated septum and infections he was told to get an MRI, and then to come back again in 3 weeks. It took my husband two weeks to even get through to the MRI people Dr. Torchinsky referred him to, to schedule it, and then it was another 2 weeks before he could get in. The MRI people then called him late the afternoon before his appointment and told him they were cancelling it because Dr. Torchinsky's office NEVER sent over ANY of my husbands information they were waiting for. My husband was given nose spray for his infection by the Dr. with no prescription and that has run out weeks ago....They have also double billed my husband for his original office visit and they do not validate parking. My husband has cancelled his pointless follow up appointment, as there is now no MRI, and has requested a referral to a different office....Oh and his receptionist actually said "great I'll go ahead and cancel" when I told her WHY we were cancelling.......Probably the same dimbo who double billed us and never sent the info to the MRI people......

  Zero Stars. Dr Torchinsky was rude and dismissive The billing office is so unhelpful Such an attitude I regret ever going in. Don't trust your health with these morons.
