- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Office staff Needs a great deal of work! Veranica refused to make an appointment for me to see Dr. Chen. because she did not have a copy of my HMO referal. I wanted the appointment to be made because I know that there a long wait to get an appointment. I figured that I would not get an appointment until after the first of the year. If I did not have a referal I know that I would be responsible to pay for the office visit.She would not let me speak to anyone else, I requested the office manager and even to speak to the doctor. I do not know if the doctor is any good but I can tell you that his office staff is not responsive to the patients needs. You might want to find another doctor.December 07, 2016by david struss
