- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First time patient with Dr. Feldman, I want to say as a Doctor he is good. Now, dealing with his staff, I really do not like at all. Seemingly that there's no one else I have dealt with other than "Renee." I don't know if she doesn't like her job or she doesn't like people of color. My wife has to drop off a record release form and I have spoken to her prior to form being dropped off. My wife shows up to drop off paperwork and her demeanor and attitude did not fit how a Doctor would like for his employees to represent him or his office. Do not know If it is the color of our skin why were treated that way or disrupting her lunch. If you are at lunch, you eat lunch in the break room not at the front desk. Second, post a sign stating you are closed for lunch. Looking at all the reviews I'm sure Dr. Feldman is a wonderful Doctor, however my first time experience with his office has me really thinking twice about going back after all said and done. In the medical field you need to have or show compassion and empathy for the patients, not when you feel you are up to it.October 18, 2017by Meni Atuatasi
