  Had a great relationship for over 10 years. They always told me the cost of things before hand. Suddenly this changed and things were done without explaining the cost to me. When I questioned the Vet he became agitated and aggressive with me. My cat was dying and they slipped additional charges on me and then were disrespectful. This is no way to treat a person nor is it anyway to run a business. I am now taking my remaining cat to another Vet. I will never go back here again.

  They slipped me a $74 fee without telling me. I took my dog in for a non-emergent reason, without an appointment. They said, "No problem, we can squeeze you in". THEY DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT ANY EXTRA FEES. After the consult was complete, they charged me for an Urgent Fee, because I didn't make an appointment. If they would have told me that walking in, meant paying $74 extra, I would have made an appointment. My dog and I could have waited! When I tried to dispute the charge, the doctor didn't care. My 2 large dogs and I will take our business somewhere that doesn't slip me surprise fees.
